Cindy Braun, CSP, CHMM and CET     Consultant Cindy Braun, CSP, CHMM and CET has fifteen years' experience teaching for the National Safety Council, Boeing Airlines and others. She is based in Littleton, Colorado.

JoAnn Dankert, ASP, CHMM, CET     Consultant Senior Consultant, National Safety Council Ms. Dankert is a safety professional with 30 years of diversified experience covering the electronics, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and distribution industries. With responsibilities spanning the safety, health and environmental fields, Ms. Dankert functioned as a results-oriented manager who designed and implemented cost effective solutions to the safety and health challenges business and industry face on a daily basis. Her background in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards has positioned her to help businesses integrate safety, health and environmental practices into their operations. As Senior Consultant at the National Safety Council, Ms. Dankert is responsible for providing field consulting, auditing and training services geared towards solving a variety of safety and health challenges. Ms. Dankert has hands-on experience in providing industrial hygiene and ergonomic audits, compliance and safety management system assessments, training, program development and plan implementation to the shop floor. She is an OSHA General Industry and Construction Outreach Trainer with the National Safety Education Center.

Garry Kroft, CSP     Consultant Garry Kroft is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with a masters degree in safety from UW-Stout. He has 30 years of safety experience, helping hundreds of companies improve their safety and health policies and programs. He currently works in the construction risk control area and remains active in the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).

Gary Kuper     Consultant Gary has over 25 combined years of experience in construction, healthcare, manufacturing management and safety programs. He is a consultant, has a B.S. in electrical engineering. An MBA, OSHA Authorized construction outreach trainer and has also been an adjunct instructor at Century College. Gary brings a broad perspective from his years of experience of safety training to his students and classes.

Terry Larson, GSP     Safety Council Staff Terry S. Larson, GSP is a lifelong resident of Minnesota. He obtained his Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety from Waldorf University. Prior to coming to the Minnesota Safety Council, Terry worked in the general industry field as well as the Minnesota Army National Guard. In these roles he helped to reduce the risk of injury and illness for workers. Terrys passion lies in collaborating across boundaries to find common ground in delivering safety education and training programs to create the safest possible work area.

Tim Neubauer, CSP     Consultant Tim is the President of Evolution Safety Resources. As a safety professional with over 17 years of field experience, Tim started out as a laborer and thus has a unique view of hazards and solutions to overcome them. He is a former Senior Consultant for the National Safety Council and spent four years at the national/international level. Tim has been a Safety Coordinator, Safety Manager, Safety Trainer, and a Safety Director for several different companies. He has been a Safety Consultant and Instructor for the Safety and Health Council of NC for more than eight years and has worked in both general industry and construction environments. Tim is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who specialized in the construction health and safety field. He has achieved the Manager of Environmental Safety and Health (MESH) and a CMESH designation. Tim is also an Advanced Safety Certificate (ASC) Instructor for the National Safety Council in addition to being a trainer for the OSHA Outreach Training Institute in several regions. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) as well as the former Chairman of the Safety Committee for the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA).

Jeremy Roland     Safety Council Staff Jeremy is the Occupational Safety and Health Manager for the South Dakota Safety Council. He has experience in both general industry and construction, as well as an education in occupational safety and health, and criminal justice. Jeremy is truly a "People First" safety professional. Believing that frontline employees are our most valuable resource and that these employees are the key to excellence in safety, Jeremy works to provide the best training possible to protect workers. Using real-life experience and a down-to-earth personality, Jeremy brings an informal and relatable atmosphere to his classes.

Joe Schommer     Consultant Joe Schommer is the business development manager for RESA Power in Blaine, MN.

Tom Slattery     Consultant Tom Slattery, CSP, ARM, is a Certified Safety Professional with more than 20 years' experience developing and leading successful safety and compliance programs.

Dave Sublette, CSP     Safety Council Staff Dave Sublette, CSP began his safety career as a squadron safety officer during his time in the Air Force. After 20 years of active duty service he shifted gears into specialty construction. He obtained a Masters degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and also a Masters in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Dave has worked many years in the field of occupational health and safety with experience in construction, general industry, munitions, and aviation. He is also versed in workers compensation, insurance claims handling, and OSHA recordkeeping.
